1. Bring your Photo ID to the conference to verify your registration

2. Get a parking permit

The Northwest Pennsylvania Association of Educational Communications & Technology (NPAECT) and regional school districts’ technology directors and technology integration coaches are joining together to provide an extraordinary technology conference in the Erie area in August 2010 for educators and administrators.

This technology training in-service will prepare educators to lead students in developing 21st Century thinking, learning, and technology skills. These skills are essential for students’ future success in their post-secondary education and in the job market. This conference will enable teachers to use technology in the classroom as an effective tool that will prepare students to successfully compete in the ever-expanding, high-tech, global marketplace.

The two-day conference includes two dynamic and engaging keynote speakers who will motivate and excite attendees to learn more about ways they can engage their own students through the effective use of classroom technologies. Additionally, participants can attend up to ten different sessions that range from Google Docs in the Classroom to Discovery Ed to Blogs and Wikis!
